1. About us

The website esim5gvietnam.com ("eSIM 5G Vietnam") is operated by Công ty TNHH Thương mại Dịch vụ 2You (tax ID 0313752061, address 116/71 Dương Quảng Hàm, An Nhơn, TP.HCM). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Service

We sell eSIM mobile data plans for use in Vietnam on Vietnamese carrier networks (Viettel, MobiFone and others) through a distribution partner. The details of each plan (data, validity, network, whether it includes a phone number) are shown in the price list and form part of these terms.

3. Requirements

• Your phone must support eSIM and be carrier-unlocked. You are responsible for checking this before buying.
• The eSIM works only within Vietnam.
• Each QR code can be installed only once, on one device. Do not delete the eSIM after installing it.

4. Orders and payment

Prices are listed in USD. VND amounts shown are approximate conversions; VietQR orders are charged the VND amount shown on the order. We accept PayPal, international cards and VietQR bank transfer. We never receive or store your card number; card payments are processed by PayPal. An order is confirmed once we have received full payment.

5. Delivery

After successful payment, the eSIM QR code is shown on your order page and sent to the email you provided, usually within minutes. If you have not received it within 30 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact support. You are responsible for entering a correct email address and keeping the QR code private.

6. Validity and activation

The QR code must be scanned within the activation window shown for each plan (usually 120 to 180 days from purchase). Your days of use start when the eSIM first connects to a network in Vietnam. Unused data or days are not refundable or transferable.

7. Network quality

Coverage and 5G/4G speeds depend on the carrier and your location. After the high-speed data allowance is used, speed may be reduced according to the plan. We are not liable for interruptions caused by carriers, natural disasters or events beyond our control.

8. Lawful use

You may not use the eSIM for any purpose that violates Vietnamese law, for spam or fraud, or resell it without our agreement. We may refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent.

9. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. Personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes will first be resolved by negotiation; if that fails, they will be brought before the competent authorities in Vietnam.

12. Changes and contact
