Vietnam tourism achieves highest ranking since 2019 according to WEF
The World Economic Forum (WEF) has just released the 2026 Travel & Tourism Development Index report, in which Vietnam ranked 52nd out of 110 economies, the highest position since 2019. The report highlighted safety and price competitiveness as bright spots, while also pointing out areas needing improvement such as service infrastructure.
