Privacy Policy

Công ty TNHH Thương mại Dịch vụ 2You ("we") respects your privacy and processes personal data in accordance with Vietnam's Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on personal data protection and related regulations.

1. Data we collect

• When you order: email, WhatsApp number (if provided), the plans you buy, your language.
• When you pay: transaction ID, amount, your PayPal account email, or transfer details sent by the bank/SePay. We never receive or store card numbers.
• Issued eSIM details: ICCID, phone number (if the plan has one), activation code (encrypted).
• Technical data: IP address, country (determined by Cloudflare), browser type, traffic source (UTM).

2. How we use it

• To process orders, issue and deliver eSIMs, and provide support.
• To confirm payments and prevent fraud and abuse.
• To meet accounting and tax obligations under the law.
• For statistics to improve the website (if Google Analytics is enabled).

We do not sell personal data and do not send marketing emails without your consent.

3. Third parties that process data

• PayPal: PayPal and card payments.
• Banks and SePay: confirming VietQR transfers.
• Mailgun: sending order emails and QR codes.
• Cloudflare: website security and delivery.
• Our hosting provider and internal notification tools.
• eSIM provider: receives only the plan code and quantity, not your personal data.

Some of these parties may process data outside Vietnam.

4. Retention

Order and payment data (including IP and browser data used for fraud prevention) is kept as long as needed to provide the service and for the accounting retention periods required by Vietnamese law. Server logs are kept for up to 30 days.

5. Security

The website uses HTTPS. eSIM activation codes and sensitive configuration are encrypted. Admin access is protected by two-factor authentication.

6. Your rights

You have the right to be informed, to access, correct and request deletion of your data, to withdraw consent and to complain as provided by law. Send requests to help@esim5gvietnam.com; we reply within 72 hours. Data we must keep for accounting purposes cannot be deleted before the required period ends.

7. Cookies and browser storage

We use cookies needed for sessions and security, and browser storage to keep your cart. If Google Analytics is enabled, analytics cookies are used.

8. Children

People under 16 should only buy with the consent of a parent or guardian.
